At 1lyfe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags and packaging
To start a return, please contact us at info@1lyfe.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@1lyfe.co.uk.
