1LYFE is a UK training-wear brand. We make performance tees and shorts that are built for training and cut clean enough to wear out of the gym.

4. What sizes do you offer?
Each product page shows the sizes available. Tap Size guide on the product page, or email us if you're between sizes and we'll help you pick.

5. How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK standard delivery takes 2–5 working days and is free on orders over £75. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

6. Do you ship internationally?
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Email info@1lyfe.co.uk with your order number to start. Full details are in our returns policy.

8. How do I care for my 1LYFE kit?
Wash on a cold, gentle cycle and air dry to keep the fit and finish.
